There is a relationship we have with all of you, we are your local pizzeria, and we are your neighbors. We love that role, and we love what we do. However, like we’ve addressed numerous times in the past, we will continue to match energy, especially when it is disrespectful and condescending. We should never be in the position to address the abuse and disrespect we personally, as well as our employees take head on every day. But, here we are.
We have two people making food, one driver, and one person designated to answer the phones and expedite orders on Friday nights. That’s only 4 people working in a high volume restaurant. We do an amazing job at it. Period….P E R I O D.
So when you call, back to back to back, with no break between calls —instead of ordering online like we ask, or show up to our store and cause a scene because you already have an ignorant preconceived bias about who we are, what we do, and where we fall on the pecking order of human beings —we will always match that energy.
You may also be wondering, why do they only have one driver? Delivery drivers traditionally make a lot of money! Yeah, it’s true they do, but not always, not when they work for tips and you decide to not tip them. Not tipping him (or sending your small child to the door so you don’t have to tip) is a poor reflection on you as you sit atop your ivory tower (or mini mansion as the case may be).
We are a pizzeria not a delivery service, we do not ever give times for delivery, and if you don’t want to wait for your food for an unknown amount of time, then pick it up…or simply order elsewhere.
We will continue to serve those in this community who appreciate us, while also growing our blacklist of people and houses we will not serve, and unfortunately, quite a few of your neighbors were added to that list last night.
Lastly, please stop coming in our store drunk and/ or high. We can tell, we can all tell, and not only is it grossly illegal, we are super unimpressed with your beer muscles.
Oh, lastly, lastly, if you are not in possession of a valid ‘Persons with Disability’ Parking Placard, do not park in or block those designated parking spots. It’s a major ick to, well, everyone.
Okay, thank you!
